Fromberg, Perlow & Kornik, P.A. is a full-service law firm that is located in Aventura, Florida. Our firm was created with the merging of Fromberg, Fromberg, and Kornik & Associates, P.A. These companies were founded in 1966 and 1979, respectively. Because we are not a high-volume law office, we are able to provide you personalized services. Lynn Fromberg is a board-certified tax attorney with a focus on wills, trusts and estate planning, probate, tax, corporate, real estate, and transactional law. He is a graduate of Northwestern University (received a Bachelor of Science in business administration, 1956) and the University of Michigan (received a Juris Doctor, 1959). Mr. Perlow is a skilled real property, estate planning, estate and trust administration, wills, and trust attorney. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Denver (1972) and a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University (1975). Ms. Levin is an accomplished lawyer who focuses on real estate and property law, acquisitions and sales, and finance. She also works with condominium and homeowners associations. Previously, she was a city commissioner for Sunny Isles Beach.

Mr. Perez concentrates on tax laws, real property, trusts, and elder law. He has a Masters of Law degree in estate planning and taxation. Additionally, he has an LLM and is also a CPA.
