Fromberg, Perlow & Kornik, P.A. is a full-service law firm that is located in Aventura, Florida. Our firm was created with the merging of Fromberg, Fromberg, and Kornik & Associates, P.A. These companies were founded in 1966 and 1979, respectively. Because we are not a high-volume law office, we are able to provide you personalized services. Lynn W. Fromberg – (

Lynn Fromberg is a board-certified tax attorney with a focus on wills, trusts and estate planning, probate, tax, corporate, real estate, and transactional law. He is a graduate of Northwestern University (received a Bachelor of Science in business administration, 1956) and the University of Michigan (received a Juris Doctor, 1959). The professional, trade, and civic activities he participates in include:

Mr. Perlow is a skilled real property, estate planning, estate and trust administration, wills, and trust attorney. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Denver (1972) and a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University (1975). Perlow participates in a variety of professional, trade, and civic activities. These include:

David M. Lazarus – (

Mr. Lazarus is of counsel to our firm. He concentrates in real estate, commercial, probate law, and all related litigations. He was a staff member of the Nova University Law Review.

Jennifer Levin – (

Ms. Levin is an accomplished lawyer who focuses on real estate and property law, acquisitions and sales, and finance. She also works with condominium and homeowners associations. Previously, she was a city commissioner for Sunny Isles Beach.

Louis Perez – (

Mr. Perez concentrates on tax laws, real property, trusts, and elder law. He has a Masters of Law degree in estate planning and taxation. Additionally, he has an LLM and is also a CPA.

Rosemarie Bacallao – (

Ms. Bacallao can assist clients with their real estate law questions. She also concentrates in commercial law and residential development, wills, and probate.
